CANCER PAIN<\/strong><\/h2><\/div>

It is estimated that 90% of patients with tumors will experience a significant degree of pain as a result of the treatment they receive or the disease itself.<\/p>\n

Pain may be associated with compression of anatomical structures, bone metastasis or even direct nerve invasion.<\/p>\n

TREATMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n

Today, with advanced pain management treatments, there is no reason for people suffering from a tumor to also suffer from pain. Scientific studies have shown that patients with a tumor who are treated with adequate pain therapy have better quality and longer lasting lives.<\/p>\n

If orally administered pharmacotherapy does not suffice, we can use advanced surgical treatments, such as implantation of pain pumps that help the patients free themselves from pain and gain back the dignity and quality of their life.<\/p>\n<\/div>
